At Reliable Carpet Cleaning Services, we are committed to providing outstanding results using safe, eucalyptus-based cleaning products that create a fresh, pet-friendly environment. Our goal is for every customer to be completely satisfied with the quality and care of our work.

1. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with any part of the service, please let us know on the day of cleaning or within 48 hours of job completion.
We will promptly review your concern and, where appropriate, return to re-clean or correct the affected area at no extra cost.
We aim to resolve all issues efficiently—either on the spot or at a mutually agreed time.

2. Refund Policy

As our services involve time, labour, and cleaning materials that are used during each job, refunds are generally not available once a service has been completed.
However, if we are unable to deliver the agreed service due to our own fault or an unforeseen issue, we will offer a fair resolution—such as a re-service, credit, or partial refund—consistent with Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

3. Payment Process

We currently do not accept payments via this website.
Payment is made directly after the job is completed and an invoice has been issued.
If you have any concerns about the quality of work, please raise them before making payment or within the 48-hour satisfaction window so we can promptly address them.

4. What Is Not Covered

This policy does not apply to:

  • Permanent or pre-existing stains that cannot be removed through professional cleaning.

  • Issues that arise after the service, such as re-soiling, spills, or pet accidents.

  • Areas not included in the original quote or discussed prior to cleaning.

  • Normal wear, fibre damage, or odours that cannot be fully eliminated through cleaning.
