Welcome to Reliable Carpet Cleaning Services (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website www.reliablecarpetcleaning.com.au, and all cleaning services provided by Reliable Carpet Cleaning Services within Sydney and surrounding areas. By booking a service, making a payment, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Reliable Carpet Cleaning Services provides professional carpet cleaning and related services, including low-moisture cleaning, water extraction, and strata common area cleaning. All services are performed to a high professional standard using safe and environmentally responsible products.

2. Quotes and Pricing

  • All quotes are provided in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are based on information supplied by the customer.

  • Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

  • Final pricing may vary depending on carpet size, condition, access, or unforeseen factors identified upon inspection.

  • Customers will be informed of any adjustments prior to work commencing.

3. Bookings and Appointments

  • Appointments can be made online, by phone, or by email.

  • Bookings are confirmed only once a date and time are agreed upon by both parties.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, traffic delays, or equipment issues.

  • We appreciate a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any changes or cancellations.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted service amount.

  • Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.

  • If we must cancel due to unforeseen events, we will notify you promptly and reschedule at your convenience.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of the service, unless prior arrangements are made.

  • Accepted payment methods include cash, EFT, or approved electronic payment.

  • For strata or commercial clients, invoices are due within 7 or 14 days (as agreed).

  • Late payments may incur an administrative fee and/or service suspension until the balance is cleared.

6. Access and Preparation

Customers must ensure:

  • Safe and unobstructed access to the premises.

  • Electricity and water supply are available.

  • All personal items, furniture, and valuables are moved or protected prior to cleaning.
    We are not responsible for moving heavy furniture, electronic items, or fragile objects unless previously agreed upon.

7. Stain and Damage Disclaimer

While every care is taken, certain stains (such as permanent dyes, paint, or pet urine damage) may not be completely removable.
We cannot guarantee complete stain removal but will use professional methods to achieve the best possible outcome.
Reliable Carpet Cleaning Services is not liable for pre-existing damage, shrinkage, fading, or wear revealed during cleaning.

8. Liability

  • We carry appropriate public liability insurance.

  • Our responsibility is limited to re-cleaning the affected area or refunding the service cost if work is proven unsatisfactory.

  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from service use or website access.

9. Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the results, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will assess and, where appropriate, re-clean the affected area at no additional charge.

10. Use of Natural Cleaning Products

We proudly use eucalyptus-based and eco-friendly cleaning products that are pet-safe and non-toxic.
If you have allergies or sensitivities, please inform us in advance so we can recommend suitable alternatives.

11. Website Use and Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Reliable Carpet Cleaning Services unless otherwise noted.
You may not reproduce or redistribute content without written permission.

12. Privacy

Your personal information is collected and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
